It seems that many Open Borders libertarians treat the roads, streets, parks, etc. of the Western nations as owned by the non-Western world instead of the tax payers--a de facto communism (of sorts). That’s a bit ironic.
They do generally allow anyone in the world to "homestead" them, but that ignores the prior libertarian claims to them (partly as restitution) by the indigenous and hitherto proactively excluded tax-victims.
